Send your photo(s) via note to seller or Etsy Messanger. We will size your pictures to the best possible print fit. You will recieve a draft of your photo frame for approval within 1 day of purchase. Once you approve the final design, your photo will ship within 1-3 days.
Each slate stone Frame has a unique finish and could slightly differ from the display images and sizes. This is hand made product and some of the shapes may be imperfect due to the nature of the slate Stone. Please note that we can't change your original picture quality. Higher-resolution images can mean higher photo slate quality. For best results be sure there is some room around the edges of the focus of your photo.

I understand... and yes, on larger orders, the shipping calculator and the total is incorrect and usually too high... sadly it penalizes larger orders and multiples.
We always refund your over shipping paid. Please contact us directly if you prefer the most cost efficient shipping option, or the shipping option that does not require a signature upon delivery.

No. We are not registered to collect VAT. You will be responsible for any associated VAT and handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service.
